What we wish for:
- Completed vocational training as a cook
- The additional qualification of dietary chef or the willingness to acquire this qualification
- Experience in the processes of a canteen kitchen for communal catering
- Knowledge of food procurement and storage
- Team player, self-confident and solution-orientated way of working
Your tasks:
- Daily production and preparation of meals according to the meal plan as well as checking the storage and cold storage rooms
- Goods receiving and goods inspection
- Assistance with the purchase of goods and professional storage of goods
- Compliance with and consideration of hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines
