Growing beyond ourselves together

We want to secure the long-term future of healthcare in our region. This makes it all the more important for us to give our future assistant doctors and specialists a good start to their professional and personal development. Among other things, we rely on a good induction programme and numerous further training opportunities in both our hospitals. Join us on this journey and let's shape the future of healthcare together. Together. For each other.

  • Attractive working conditions: Flexible working hours, 31 days holiday + 10 days training leave on top

Internal clinic training

We emphasise well-founded, professional training and support our employees in this. With this in mind, in addition to regular training courses, we also offer in-house training courses.

Medical training plan

Every Wednesday afternoon, both clinics offer a training programme specifically for doctors. In addition to hygiene, radiation protection and resuscitation, topics include medical law, transfusion medicine and specialist interdisciplinary issues. You are also welcome to bring in your own topics.

Mortality and morbidity meetings are an established meeting format for the retrospective review of conspicuous or noteworthy courses of treatment or incidents and an important instrument of clinical risk management. An M&M conference is organised every six months for each department and across departments. These serve the purpose of quality assurance and improvement and stand for the high standards of our hospitals.

Each specialist department regularly offers its doctors the opportunity to take part in training courses. Various topics are covered on a rotating basis, for example on new treatment or surgical methods.

The interdisciplinary vascular colloquium also takes place every two months at the Arberlandklinik Viechtach. Current cases and lectures on selected vascular medicine topics are presented.

You will receive continuing education points from the Bavarian Medical Association (BLAEK) if you participate.
