What we wish for:

  • Completed vocational training as a cook
  • The additional qualification of dietary chef or the willingness to acquire this qualification
  • Experience in the processes of a canteen kitchen for communal catering
  • Knowledge of food procurement and storage
  • Team player, self-confident and solution-orientated way of working

Your tasks:

  • Daily production and preparation of meals according to the meal plan as well as checking the storage and cold storage rooms
  • Goods receiving and goods inspection
  • Assistance with the purchase of goods and professional storage of goods
  • Compliance with and consideration of hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines
