Chief Physician (m/f/d) Internal Medicine - specialising in Cardiology & Palliative Medicine

In our clinics, you are not just a number, but an indispensable part of a team - and it is precisely for this team that we are looking for support. Internal Medicine at the Arberlandklinik Zwiesel offers a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. As part of a long-term succession plan, the department is to be managed collegially in the future, with the service groups General Internal Medicine, Complex Gastroenterology, Palliative Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine (complex) and, with a view to the future, Geriatrics. The entire spectrum of non-invasive cardiology will continue to be offered as part of the general internal medicine service group. There is also a palliative medicine service at the clinic, as well as close cooperation with the clinic's own MVZ (including internal medicine and neurology), a dialysis centre at the clinic and the interventional cardiology department at the Arberlandklinik Viechtach. The existing broad spectrum of geriatric traumatology is also to be further developed on an interdisciplinary basis in the future. Are you ready to keep the wheel turning together? What we wish for:

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine and cardiology or internal medicine specialising in cardiology
• You have the additional qualification "Palliative Medicine"
• You enjoy taking on management responsibility and have experience in the further training of medical specialists (m/f/d)
• Social competence and empathy towards our patients
• Communicative personality with a willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation

Your tasks:

• Collegial management of the Department of Internal Medicine including the joint pool of assistant doctors
• Medical, organisational and strategic management of the Department of Cardiology and Palliative Medicine
• Management and further training of the medical team
• Participation in the clinical service system
