What we wish for:
- Completed vocational training and many years of professional experience
- Management training or completed studies are an advantage
- Experience in the management and conception of projects
- Sound knowledge of common IT programmes (e.g. MS Office)
- Confident demeanour, negotiating skills and strong communication skills
- Initiative and independent work combined with the willingness to work flexible hours
- Willingness to work at both locations of the company
- Ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
Your tasks:
- Responsible for corporate communications as well as quality and lean management at the Arberlandkliniken in coordination with management
- Expansion & further development of the lean management system of the Arberlandkliniken
- Support and responsibility for strategic projects
