Training at the Arberlandkliniken - why?
This answer is easy for us: it is future-orientated, safe and brings added value to society. But above all, it is one thing for us: the best job in the world! We can save lives and bring smiles. Dry tears and develop superpowers. And all this often just between breakfast and lunch. With each other. For each other.
Sounds somehow unbelievable? Then convince yourself with a Internship or at the Federal Volunteer Service from our team!
If you need a few convincing arguments first, Let's talk about the facts for a moment:
Salary & holiday
We'll just throw it out there now - the sentence that is important to us all: we offer employment under the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD) with all the benefits. To be more precise, this means, for example, €1,340.69 gross in the first year of training for nursing staff. But there's even more: we also offer you 30 days' holiday as well as recognition of good performance during your training in the form of non-cash benefits. Doesn't sound too bad, does it?

Corporate culture
You may have already noticed: TOGETHER is very important to us (literally). That's why we offer a wide range of benefits to strengthen our teams and bring them together outside of the clinic:
- Discounted catering in our canteens
- Extensive programme of events for employees & trainees, e.g. ski trips, cookery courses or hikes
- Company health management campaigns health management
- Employee discounts via corporate benefits
In fact, there are even more advantages and benefits to discover:
Structured & comprehensive familiarisation
In-house training
Regular trainee workshops
Travel costs for external training assignments
Youth & trainee representation
Open employee communication
