Your training – what you can choose:
You choose how you want to get started:
Business administrator (m/f/d) in healthcare
or
Office management assistant (m/f/d)
– Two training programmes, many similarities – but in the end, you make the difference! –
What will you learn during your training?
- Recording and managing patient and customer data
- Preparation and checking of invoices with health insurance companies and other institutions
- Organisation and coordination of appointments
- Making phone calls, processing e-mails and counselling patients
- Management of employee data, such as holiday and sick leave
- Compliance with legal requirements such as data protection and billing rules
- Support with checking and posting invoices
- Assistance with purchasing, goods receipt and storage, as well as goods distribution
- And many more interesting tasks
General information about your training:
- Start of training: 01.09.2026
- Practical training alternating between the Arberlandklinik Zwiesel and the Arberlandklinik Viechtach
- Theoretical training: Single-day lessons at the Vocational school in Regen (Office management assistant (m/f/d)) or Block teaching at the Mathias-von-Flurl Vocational School Straubing (Business administrator (m/f/d) in healthcare)
- Training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD) (as of September 2025):
- 1st year: € 1,293.26
- 2nd year: € 1,343.20
- 3rd year: € 1,389.02 - Further training opportunities (e.g. specialist in social and healthcare services, business economist in social and healthcare services, healthcare management studies)
What we wish for:
- You have a secondary school leaving certificate or a secondary school diploma or vocational baccalaureate/A-levels.
- You are open and positive in your dealings with others
- You enjoy working closely with changing teams
- You are familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook
