The Arberlandkliniken are one of the largest employers in the district of Regen and offer many training opportunities with good development and promotion prospects.

What will you learn during your training?

• Wash, cut and prepare food
• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes
• Arrangement of dishes
• Operating and cleaning kitchen appliances
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Check stocks and assist with purchasing

General information about your training:

• Start of training: 01.09.2026
• Practical training in the Arberland clinics
• Theoretical training: Block instruction at the Hotel vocational school in Viechtach
• Training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD) (as at September 2025):
  - 1st year: € 1,075.00
  - 2nd year: € 1,175.00
  - 3rd year: € 1,275.00
• Further training opportunities (e.g. catering specialist, specialist further training, e.g. as a chef, nutritional science studies)

What we wish for:

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or the intermediate school leaving certificate or vocational baccalaureate/abitur
• You enjoy cooking
• You are creative and have an understanding of kitchen technology
