Training as a medical technologist (m/f/d) for laboratory analysis

The Arberlandkliniken are one of the largest employers in the district of Regen and offer many training opportunities with good development and promotion prospects.

What will you learn during your training?

• Sampling, labelling and preparation of samples
• Operation and control of analysers
• Documentation and testing of measurement results
• Compliance with hygiene and safety rules

General information about your training:

• Start of training: 01.09.2026
• Practical training mainly in the Arberland clinics; sections also in other network clinics
• Theoretical training: Block school at the Eckert Schools in Regenstauf
• Training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD) (as of September 2025):
  - 1st year: € 1,290.24
  - 2nd year: € 1,350.30
  - 3rd year: € 1,477.07
• Further training opportunities (e.g. practical guidance, study of chemistry, biology, healthcare specialist, biomedical analysis)

What we wish for:

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate and have completed a 2-year vocational training programme or have a secondary school leaving certificate or A-levels
• You are enthusiastic about scientific topics and have fine motor skills
• You are open-minded and friendly
