Training as a medical technologist (m/f/d) for radiology

The Arberlandkliniken are one of the largest employers in the district of Regen and offer many training opportunities with good development and promotion prospects.

What will you learn during your training?

• Preparation of patients (m/f/d) for examinations
• Creating X-ray, CT and MRI images (images of the inside of the body without surgery)
• Operating the necessary equipment and checking the resulting images
• Observance of radiation protection
• Cooperation within the team and with doctors

General information about your training:

• Start of training: 01.09.2026
• Practical training mainly in the Arberland clinics; sections also in other affiliated clinics
• Theoretical training: Block school at the Eckert Schools in Regenstauf
• Training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD) (as of September 2025):
  - 1st year: € 1,290.24
  - 2nd year: € 1,350.30
  - 3rd year: € 1,477.07
• Further training opportunities (e.g. advanced training in echocardiography, medical radiology technology studies, practice management)

What we wish for:

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate and have completed a 2-year vocational training programme or have a secondary school leaving certificate or A-levels
• You enjoy interacting with patients and other professional groups
• You have technical understanding
• You are open-minded and friendly
