Training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

The Arberlandkliniken are one of the largest employers in the district of Regen and offer many training opportunities with good development and promotion prospects.

What will you learn during your training?

• Supporting people in everyday life
• Medical care of patients (m/f/d) (e.g. giving medication)
• Observation of physical and mental changes
• Collaboration with doctors and care teams
• Documentation of care (e.g. how the patient is doing & what was done)

General information about your training:

• Start of training: 01.09.2026
• Practical training mainly in the Arberland clinics (deployment at both locations); external assignments in affiliated clinics and inpatient geriatric care facilities
• Theoretical training in the form of a block school in cooperation with:

1. Vocational training centre for social professions of Mädchenwerk Zwiesel e.V.
or
2. Vocational school for nursing and geriatric nursing assistance Bad Kötzting
or
3. Bavarian Forest Nursing Academy in Grafenau

• Training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD) (as of September 2025):
  - 1st year: € 1,415.69
  - 2nd year: € 1,477.07
  - 3rd year: € 1,578.38
• Further training opportunities (e.g. advanced specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia nursing, management of a ward, wound expert, practice guidance, nursing management studies)

• You are at least 16 years old
• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma and a 1-year nursing assistant apprenticeship or at least 2 years of vocational training
• You enjoy interacting with your fellow human beings
• You are open-minded and friendly
