What we wish for:

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable professional qualification
• It would be nice if you already have management experience - but this is not a must!
• You have completed the ward manager course or are ready to do so soon
• A leader who maintains an overview and keeps his team in Ward 4 (Internal Medicine) together and supports them
• You are looking for a responsible position in which you can actively shape the working environment
