Together
the night
go through
Care is our daily business - and yet care is so much more for us.
Our focus is not just on the most unusual operations or the latest equipment, but on people. And by that we mean the patients, but above all our teams. Because we are not lone fighters, we are team players. We stick together - especially when the going gets tough. And we achieve things together that seem impossible. With each other. For each other.
Curious?
Then let's talk about the facts first:
Salary & holiday
We'll just throw it out there now - the sentence that is important to all of us: we work in the public sector, including all social benefits. This includes, for example, an average gross basic salary of €3,304.69 (P7, level 2) immediately after training and up to 40 days' holiday for shift work. In addition, there are bonuses for shift work, Saturday and Sunday work. Not bad, is it?

Development:
- Annual employee appraisals
- Employee surveys
- Idea management & team boards
Further education and training:

- Further training (e.g. practice guidance, palliative care, wound experts or pain experts)
Your career plan will be determined together with the responsible manager and accompanied by regular feedback meetings - so we can respond to your individual concerns.
