Nursing assistant (m/f/d)

What you bring with you

  • Secondary school leaving certificate or an equivalent school-leaving qualification
  • Proof of good German language skills with a recognised educational qualification obtained abroad (B2 language level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Your tasks

Promoting the independence of our patients: You support people from different

Age groups with basic needs such as food intake, personal hygiene or mobility

Observation: You monitor the patient's state of health and liaise with nursing staff and doctors about any further measures required.

Diagnostics and therapy: You will be involved in important interdisciplinary collaboration and will be assigned individual medical tasks under guidance and supervision (e.g. monitoring vital signs, etc.).

Communication: You will learn how to communicate professionally both internally and externally. Counselling and informing our patients is our top priority. You will learn to keep a clear head even in difficult situations and to respond sensitively to patients.

Procedure & time of the training

  • Start of training: 01 September
  • Training period: 1 year
  • Theoretical training: Vocational training centre for social professions of Mädchenwerk Zwiesel e.V.
  • Practical training: with us at the Arberland clinics

Working hours, holidays & remuneration

  • Weekly working time: 38.5 hours
  • Annual leave: 30 days
  • Remuneration: € 1293.26
