As a fresh, young doctor, you are suddenly faced with a great deal of responsibility, but thanks to the collegial relationship with my medical colleagues, right up to the head physician, you always have support. I can reassure myself at any time and at the same time I am given the opportunity every day to continue my training within the framework of supervision, but also exercises within and outside the department as part of external training courses. For all non-medical questions, I always found an open ear in the administration of the ALK and we were able to clarify many things immediately with a short conversation or a phone call, because we know each other here and are not just one employee among many.
